I've just finished two units of Scythian 'noble' cavalry from Wargames Foundry. They are to join the allied contingent of the ancient Persian horde I'm gathering.
As we know, these non-uniformed types tend to take a lot longer to paint because each figure is unique. It gives the completed mass a pleasing tribal and irregular look.
I plan to use them for To the Strongest rules. Either as two smaller units or a larger group as needed.

ReplyDeleteAwesome. i was just looking at wargames foundry for some Persian heavy cavalry and I think ill get some Saka allies to use as heavies after viewing your scythians here!
