I have started a project for this year to paint the British Peninsula War  Light Division in 28mm. So far I have finished the British component of the Division: 52nd Oxfordshire Light Infantry, 43 Monmouthshire Light Infantry, 95th Rifles, Horse Artillery. The figures are Front Rank. Now I have to do the Portuguese Cazadores and infantry.

28mm Russian Napoleonic

Just started on a long delayed project - waiting many years. Finally become serious about painting a 28mm Russian Napoleonic army. Here is the first batch of minis completed today. The minis are Front Rank.

Hussite - Prokop the Great

Here is my painting of the Hussite leader Prokop the Great. The figures are all 28mm Front Rank, as a matter of fact Prokop is Front Rank's Henry Vth.

I have just finished this gun crew. I painted the trumpeters last week. The minis are all from the Front Rank Miniatures Wars of the Roses line. The gun is my very old Minifgs gun.

After painting the 40mm AWI British mounted British General and his ADC I had a rummage around and found some more Front Rank 40mm AWI American militia that I have had lurking in the recesses for several years. I painted these and put them with the couple of militia I already had painted up. Here they are.

Here are the two Front Rank 40mm AWI British mounted officers, the General (left) and his ADC (right). I finished the ADC today. They are really wonderful figures and truly a delight to paint. 

40mm BRITISH GENERAL AWI

Here is the first figure for the New Year. It is a 40mm scale British General from the American War of Independence line by Front Rank miniatures. I finished painting this fellow yesterday. I also  purchased a mounted British ADC but have not yet painted that mini. These 40mm figures by Front Rank are beautifully crafted and are an absolute delight to paint.
