Several years ago I purchased some Foundry Late Medieval Swiss command figures to accompany my home-cast 25mm Medieval Swiss army. These figures, like my Swiss, have sat unused, but recently with my interest in such things being rekindled by the Hail Caesar wargames rules I have re-based all my Swiss infantry and decided to paint the Swiss commanders. Here is the first one, a very nice mounted commander - no name for him yet. I am open to suggestions.
Great looking figure, very nice detail work especially the coat.
ReplyDeleteHow about 'Urs Graf'? He was an artistic Swiss mercenary.

Matt
